Warranty policy:
-Zamil Cool Care offers air conditioners a comprehensive warranty for two years, and five years for compressors.
-The customer will pay the labor fees, in case of the compressor
-malfunctions within the five-year warranty period.
-The warranty period for any item purchased from any of Zamil sale channels is two months from the date of the invoice.
-Zamil Cool Care certifies that all supplied HVAC spare parts and products are free of any manufacturing defects in materials.
-The inspection visit fees will be agreed upon in advance with the technician, and it will be deducted from the invoice value.
-In case of a maintenance service request, the visit date will be from two to five working days, and for a remote city, the service team will coordinate with the customer at the earliest available date.
-In the case of projects, large capacity units and water-cooling units will depend on the agreed-upon warranty certificate.
-The products must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase, or the order may be canceled.
Warranty excludes:
-Misuse or not following the instructions manual.
-Fractures, blows, or exposure of the device to external factors.
-Repair the device by unauthorized parties or using not original spare parts. Cleaning service.
-Installation errors by the supplier.
-Consumables parts, refrigerant, compressor oils, belts, usual tear, and wear items, electronics, and structural frames.
-Zamil Cool Care excludes costs in investigating and rectifying the out-of-warranty defects shall be paid by the Buyer upon demand.
In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we outline below the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges:
The original purchase invoice must be retained.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not installed.
Exchange requests are subject to a maintenance team visit and a technical report clarifying the reason for exchange.
The customer is responsible for delivery charges when requesting a return or exchange.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed (based on a technical report), the exchange will be free of charge.
When returning a product with an opened box, the company has the right to deduct 30% of the product value.
Refund processing takes from seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days.
If the product has been used.
If the product has been installed.
The amount for free services cannot be refunded. (Free installation)
Note:
-The invoice will be sent automatically when you receive your product.
-The customer must provide a ladder (scaffold) for high places that are difficult to reach.
-For restricted areas, the customer is fully responsible for providing permission to the premises on time to prevent visitation delays.
-In the event that the device is located in a location where safety conditions are not met, the customer is required to provide a safe environment for work. Zamil’s team is not responsible for installing ACs in case of a concrete wall that requires drilling a hole.
-The installation team is not responsible for electric wiring.
-The maximum allowed height for a scaffold is 3 meters.
-Zamil’s team is not responsible for the cooling efficiency inside the manhole. Zamil’s team is not responsible for the cooling efficiency if the installation site size is not compatible with the AC capacity.
-Zamil’s team is not responsible for the quality of the pre-installed pipes at the installation site.
-In case the customer did not attend their appointment within half an hour, the appointment will then be canceled and the customer will be required to book another appointment.
- Exchange of any repairable product is not permitted, even if the request is within the initial purchase period. During the warranty period, a product may only be exchanged if a manufacturing defect or an irreparable fault is confirmed through a technical report.
-Orders placed from locations situated 100 kilometers or beyond from the main cities will incur additional delivery fees, calculated based on the distance.
-The installation service includes 4 meters of copper piping. The customer is required to pay for the base and for the additional piping or extra costs before the installation process begins.
• Any additional work outside the standard installation scope, such as:
Removing the old AC unit before installing the new one.
Relocating the AC unit within the same site.
Reinstalling a used AC unit or any other tasks not covered by the standard installation service.

Terms & Conditions for Delivery:
• Delivery will begin within 5 to 7 working days after the product arrives.
• The actual delivery date may vary depending on the city and the shipping provider.
• Customers will be notified of any updates regarding shipping or delivery via email or SMS.

Notice Regarding Delivery and Installation During Official Holidays:
Please note that delivery and installation services may be affected during official holiday periods (such as Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha). This may lead to delays in delivery or installation appointments.
Additionally, during the Hajj season, services in Makkah and Madinah may experience disruptions due to security permit requirements, restricted movement, and organized convoys, which may cause further delays in fulfilling orders.
Bastia term and condition
1-This is an exclusive bill-splitting program offering a variety of deals across different sectors to meet consumer needs.
2-The service is free for customers, with no registration fees.
3-The customer is not obligated to pay anything to Tas’heel Company unless they make a purchase and select a payment plan.
Service offer term and condition:

Eastern Province: Dammam - Khobar - Al Ahassa – Jubail.

We will impose an additional fee for any area that excludes more than 80 kilometers from the main areas (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam).
2. Type of service: Regular maintenance: washing the outdoor unit, the actual filters of the unit.
3. This offer does not apply to all air conditioners.
4. The discount is 25% on one to three air conditioners, and the discount percentage increases for more than three air conditioners.
